1. Digital Delivery & Ownership

Ownership of the website and all associated assets will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received and the project is completed. Until all payments and obligations are fulfilled, Browser Genesis retains full ownership, rights, and control of the website, design files, and intellectual property.

2. Scope of Work & Pricing

Project pricing is based strictly on the selected package:

Basic – $600
Professional – $1,200
Enterprise – $2,000

Each package includes a defined scope of work as listed on our pricing page. Any requests outside the original scope — including additional pages, features, integrations, revisions, or functionality — will be quoted separately and must be approved in writing before work begins.

3. Payments & Billing

To begin any project, the following payment structure applies:

Full balance must be paid upfront unless stated otherwise within a written contract.

Websites will not be published, transferred, or fully activated until final payment is received.

Optional Monthly Maintenance

Maintenance plans are optional and billed monthly:

Basic: $50/month
Professional: $75/month
E-Commerce: $100/month

Maintenance includes content updates, security monitoring, technical support, and priority service.

Maintenance subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days written notice.

Failure to make payments may result in:

Project delays
Suspension of services
Website deactivation

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, Browser Genesis will work with you to resolve concerns and revise the website to meet expectations.

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Browser Genesis and are evaluated based on:

Work completed
Project phase
Scope fulfilled
Time invested

Custom work, third-party fees, hosting, and premium app purchases are non-refundable.

5. Project Timeline

Estimated project delivery:

Basic: 5–7 business days
Professional: 12-21 business days
E-Commerce: 21+ business days

Timelines are dependent on:

Timely receipt of content
Client feedback
Approval cycles
Payment completion

Delays in client responses, approvals, or content delivery may result in adjusted timelines.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

Accurate business information
Logos, branding assets, and images
Written content (unless content creation is purchased)
Timely feedback and approvals

Browser Genesis is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete or late client submissions.

7. Ownership, Portfolio Use & Promotion

Upon final payment, the client receives full ownership of their website.

Browser Genesis reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Hosting, Third-Party Services & Liability

Browser Genesis is not responsible for:

Wix platform outages
Hosting downtime
Security breaches
Third-party plugin or app failures
Client-made changes post-launch

Browser Genesis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business operations.

9. Changes to Terms

Browser Genesis reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
