1. Digital Delivery Ownership of the website will be transferred to the client upon the successful completion of all project phases. Until all conditions are met, Browser Genesis retains full ownership and rights to the website.

2. Project pricing is determined based on the agreed-upon scope of work. Any changes or additions to the initial scope may result in additional costs, which will be discussed and approved before implementation.

3. Payments To commence work on a project, the following payment structure applies:

A 50% deposit is required before project initiation.
The final 50% payment is due upon the website being published, connected to Google, and fully operational.

Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or cancellation.

4.If you are not satisfied with your website, please contact Browser Genesis to discuss your concerns. Refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of Browser Genesis. Each case will be reviewed based on the nature of the complaint and the work completed up to that point.

5. Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work. Delays in providing necessary materials, approvals, or payments may impact the completion date.

6. Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, images, branding materials, and timely feedback to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

7. Upon full payment, the client will receive full ownership rights to the website. However, Browser Genesis reserves the right to use the completed project for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Browser Genesis is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or functionality due to third-party hosting issues, security breaches, or changes made by the client after project completion.

9. Browser Genesis reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. GDPR: This Site is intended solely for individuals residing outside of the territory of the European Union.
